Sheet thickness: 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm (most commonly used); up to 5.0mm for special applications
Hole diameter:
Ultra-micropore: 0.4~1.0mm (for sound absorption)
Micropore: 1.0~3mm
Medium pore: 3.0~10mm (for decoration & ventilation)
Large pore: 10~200mm (for special decorative effects)
Maximum size: Approximately 1500×4000mm (subject to processing equipment limitations)
Perforation rate: 15%-70% (precisely adjustable to optimize light transmission and ventilation)

PVDF Fluorocarbon Coating: Preferred for outdoor use. Coating thickness ≥60μm, UV-resistant, salt spray-resistant, and fade-resistant with a service life of 20-30 years, complying with AAMA 2605 standards (American).
Powder Coating: Suitable for indoor/mild outdoor use. Rich color options (Pantone color customizable), eco-friendly (no VOCs), scratch-resistant, with a service life of 15-20 years, complying with AAMA 2603 standards.
Wood Grain/Stone Grain Transfer: Heat transfer process with realistic textures, suitable for natural and new Chinese-style designs. Weather-resistant (PVDF primer recommended for outdoor use).
Anodizing: Presents natural metal colors (silver, gold, black), high hardness (≥HV300), corrosion-resistant, ideal for industrial and minimalist styles.
